Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • With original tags attached (if applicable)
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product and place a new order after your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to post the refund to your account.
